Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California
This is the letter - wrote that says I do not own the bill because is was not turned into the insurance company in time by the doctors staff / - - / - / --. On -/-/- - pended the claim for - - for x-rays performed at - - - for additional information. The additional information we were requesting was in reference to pre- existing condition. This information was sent to the customer since - - - was not the ordering provider and would not be able to provide this information. Since we are showing that this information was never received from the customer, the provider then has the right to bill the customer. On the other hand if we reached out to the provider for this information and got no response as a contracted provider they would not be able to bill the customer. At this point the only way we can resolve this issue is if you are able to provide us with the pre- existing information we were requesting and show proof of when you originally submitted this to - . This would have had to have been received by -/-/- to be considered timely response. Any questions please contact - customer service at - confirmation # -. Thank you and have a great day. - - - - - - - - - -. - PA - : --, unpublished property of -.
