My loan originated with Flagstar bank in -/-/-. As of -/-/- my wife and I are in the final steps of refi of a conventional fixed mortgage with payout. We contacted Flagstar for a payoff quote Monday - - - which was never received. As of - -, they told us they have sold and transferred the loan to -. We were never informed of the sale. - has told us that it might take up to two weeks for the loan to populate in their system. Our lock-in expires on - -. No one at Flagstar is willing to help us with loan transfer process, or help to get us a payoff quote. No one at - seems to have access to the information. WE NEED HELP! QUICKLY!
