There has been numerous owners of my loan as well as assignments of which I was never given notice, furthermore, the Assignment of Deed of Trust executed on - -, -, shows - as Nominee for - Lender transferring/assigning to - Bank -, the Holders of the - - - Securities, with the Trustee being - - - - - On - -, -, a Corporate Assignment of Deed of Trust was executed for value received from - - as Trustee for - - which assigned and transferred to Nationstar Mortgage. On - -, - a Substitution of Trustee was executed from - to - - - - - - which I received no notice, in addition less than one month a Notice of Default was filed on -/-/-, how could - Nominee for - Lender substitute the Trustee when the loans was transferred to Nationstar prior? - - - who serviced my loan after the fall of - Lender wherein, my loan number was - collected my mortgage payments for years however, I do n't see them on any transfers or assignments, and this point, I feel I have been shuffled around with no one offering any mortgage assistance. My home is currently worth $600000.00 maybe? I have requested numerous times a principal reduction from - - I currently owe, however, Nationstar will foreclose the property with less money rather than assist me in keeping it.
