Second Round Limited Partnership Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid District of Columbia

My account with - - is paid completely and closed -/-/-. As a matter of fact, they sent me a check back for overpaid owed money $600.00. Yet some how the account was reported as charged off -/-/-, despite that it is been paid and closed -/-/- The account has been sold to - different collection agencies ever since. As of now the account sits on the credit report as in collection and a separate collection agency for the account is there too which is ruining my credit and score. I disputed the item with all all the collection agencies and - - but got no where. I am attaching all document for your information.
