As a matter of fact, they sent me a check back for overpaid owed money $600.00. Yet some how the account was reported as charged off -/-/-, despite that it is been paid and closed -/-/- The account has been sold to - different collection agencies ever since. As of now the account sits on the credit report as in collection and a separate collection agency for the account is there too which is ruining my credit and score. Their response has proven they can not verify the debt, are just trying to collect a made up amount of money from me and are not legally allowed to collect in the state of florida. This debt is also 8 years old and they are still reporting to the credit bureaus and have now ruined my chance of purchasing a house for the next year which means I 'll have to rent again and waste thousands ... |
