Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Ohio

I was misled on the interest rate and money I would need to pay back. I borrowed $300.00 and each month only $10.00 to principle. This month I owe $170.00 and my payment is $61.00. - dollars towards principle and $51.00 in interest. This is outrageous.
