Navient Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Florida

I have a private loan with navient and my federal loans are being serviced by them. My federal loans are income based but navient refused to work with me with my private loans. I told them that i am able to pay with a fair payment plan. the account manager threatening to send me to litigation if i dont pay right away, and demands for me to fax to navient 3 months of my banks account for them to work with me. I am tired of dealing with this company who belittle its consumers. I dont want to default on my loans, i want to be able to pay but also i want to have a roof and food for my child and for me. this company is fraudulent, and a bully, and students need to be protected from this abuse.
