Regions Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Georgia

Regions Bank has taken - out of my account because of overdrafts. I know this is my fault, but why do they keep putting thru checks that can not clear more than once? Im - and they have no mercy on me. Why are these charges so expensive? Cant they be - dollars? My son is going to help me, but this is a disgrace for a bank to be this greedy!
