Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Florida

- - was paid off & closed, subsequent fraudulent charge for an online subscription - I did n't detect it for a few months or so. Contacted -, but they did n't act. Eventually was charged off -/-/-, and I sent a letter stating that I was not responsible for the debt to one collection agency -/-/-, and a copy of that letter to the current collection agency about a year ago. Still, they call me several times a week, usually weekend days @ -., so I have to unplug my phone to sleep.
