On - - I received a letter in the mail from Arnold Scott Harris, P.C in an attempt to collect a debt I allegedly owe to the Illinois Tollway ( I do not owe this debt ) On - -, my credit card was charged in the amount of $170.00 by - -, I did not authorize this transaction, I 've never had a conversation with this firm, I did not give them my credit card information, which is alarming because I do not know how they got this information. I called to inquire and she told me to fax my credit card statement to show the transaction and make sure the credit card number is on it so she can investigate ( I of course did not do that )
