Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Michigan

This company has called me regarding debt that belongs to someone else. I do not have, nor have I ever had, business or an account with Wells Fargo. I have asked them repeatedly to cease and desist calling me regarding someone else's debt. I even had someone fill out a cease and desist form. They have called me every two to three days since -/-/2015, sometimes leaving a message or, using a robo-dialer, leaving a message with no content. These attempts are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and in violation of the do not call list, as I have no debt owed to them and have not given them permission to contact me in any form.
