About a month ago, I inquired about the HARP program, and I was assigned to - -. I was told by - that in order to be approved with the HARP program I have to be working. At that time I inquired about the HARP program, I was in between jobs and was only receiving unemployment benefits. On - -, I went back to work and contacted - - again. He instructed me to send him a copy of my paystub, and so I did on -/-/2015. As of today, I still have not heard from - -. I have been leaving messages at - - - -, but would not return any of my calls.
