I complained to you in - and was given case no. -. I had a problem with Wells Fargo putting a hard hold on my deceased brother 's CD # - in the amount of $3000.00. A Texas judge had signed a Small Estate Affidavit, leaving this money to - - ' - siblings. The CD contained - payments made to him -. Wells Fargo sent me a letter after you contacted them telling me to ask - to send Wells Fargo legal dept. a letter releasing the hold on the CD. I called - and they said they can not do that since when the veteran died they had nothing further to do with the matter. The - contact told me that only Wells Fargo could release the CD. However, Wells Fargo is refusing to honor the court order to release the money to - heirs. Can you help? We are at a stalemate. Thank you, - - -
