On - I was contacted by diversified consultants inc. they related that I had a collection account and offered a settlement of $150.00. I accepted and paid that amount. I never received or asked for a receipt as I trusted that this was paid. Now I am getting charged the amount that was waived in the settlement and that amount is in collections. DCI refuses to provide me with a receipt or documentation showing my payment.
