On - I received a phone call from - Bank ; to verify purchases made on my card. - purchases for gas - were made, with me living in -. I informed the bank that the charges were not mine. At this time the agent I spoke with informed me that she would close out my account, initiate a fraud claim, and I would receive paper work in the mail. After allowing two weeks to go by, I still have not received any paperwork in the mail regarding affidavits she informed me I would be receiving. I followed up with online banking and their response was to call customer service. I called and was transferred all over the place, no one seemed able to help. I again tonight looked to see if any credits have been issued regarding the fraud charges, and nothing has been issued as far as any provisional credits as outlined per REG - I am alarmed and baffled, especially where - Bank took their time on another case with a dispute two months ago, and since timed elapsed on their end they ruled that the dispute was outside of guidelines. The fraud charges are the only charges making up my balance ; and yet, they ( - Bank ) are requiring me to make a minimum payment. If a provisional credit was issued ; then there would be no balance due, actually a credit balance refund for - credits that were issued for a return from another merchant. I submitted another request today via online, requesting credit again this evening. I also informed the company that if this matter goes un corrected I would be reaching out to - - directly.
