i took out a simple interest auto loan at 25 % ish. i have paid over $20000.00 in interest and less than $3000.00 in principle since -/-/2010. i was hit hard by the economy, and did get behind. I had a couple deferments. When Icalled to ask what my pay off was just to get an idea I was floored that I still owe today what I financed -/-/2010. This feels criminal, and the DOJ file suit and sought damanges against Santander for their practices with Military Members. There has to be something I can do. I have my payment history. If upon your review you say it is legit then I will accept that.
