M&T Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low New York

We have been banking with M & T Bank for many years. Recently, we have fallen into financial problems, and - of the accounts became overdrawn. After contacting the bank, we agreed to take care of the matter within a month 's time. Imagine how devastated we were when M & T decided to just TAKE the money out of - account and put it in the other account. Our paychecks disappeared, not once but -. This has happened - this month, and now there are NSF fees for the items we have on AutoPay that have come through and could not be stopped. We have attempted to speak with them, beg, plead, but they have been rude and judgmental, and basically we are being punished for struggling and not having enough money. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this kind of situation, and we are considering getting a lawyer to recover the money that they took without notice or permission.
