i called them on - - 2015 and said i need to do a voluntary surrender of my vehical. so they started typing on their computer.. they then said i need you to do a recording i said no i dont need to do a recording to do your surender. I said why? i just told you thats what i wanted to do. so i hung up.. they called since then since today 224 times.. and i have talk to them.. now they are harrasing me every time. my last phone call was well its your loan, you need to pay it. thats what i was told. i said do you ever look at the notes yes i do ... so you want to surrender the vehicle? i said yes they said hold on ... well its been 75 days past due how do you want to pay..i said what are you talking about.. i said if you really read the notes you would knwo that i said i want to surrender the truck
