Incorrect information on credit report Account terms California

On or about -/-/2015 I applied and was denied credit through - bank. The reason that - bank stated for their decision was my debt to income ratio was being negatively offset by the reported monthly payment amount by Mercedes Benz To - in the amount of $4500.00 when infact and according to my contract between MBFS and I the monthly lease payment amount was for $450.00. The vehicle has since been turned in per the attached letter and I am no longer in possession of the vehicle. All payments made on time. There is a payment arrangement in place regarding the remaining balance of $3800.00 for early lease turn in ( 3 months early ) and excess miles, which I 've been paying on monthly $600.00 until paid.
