I am asking for your assistance with this matter of relinquishing me from this loan for this leased vehicle. Please understand, I was coerced in this process. Being in an abusive situation for four years I did n't have any rights or choices for myself. There was no option for me to say no I am not co- signing, I chose to LIVE as the option when I signed my name. Now that I 'm free from my abuser I still am unfortunately binded in a situation with coerced debt. I have never driven the car, do not have a key, the car is not in my possession, I ca n't make any transactions with - -, collaborate or consult with him, because I fear for my life. I would like my name to removed from the loan.
