I do not know Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Iowa

Received incoming call from - ( which when - is a fax # for an Ohio Court ), she stated her name was - and was calling from Schwartz & Associates and asked if I would be available tomorrow between - to be served w/ civil papers to appear in court or be arrested. She advised she could not tell me what it was in regards to and when questioned in regards to why she was calling from an Ohio Court she advised that 's where - of their offices is located. Asked her to give me additional information and all she said was that I needed to call - and provide the case # she provided.
