On Wednesday, - -, leased a new Toyota Sienna. I called Trans Union and unfroze '' my account for 72 hours. The dealership was unable to get a copy of my credit report as it was still listed a frozen. On - -, I placed a second unfreeze request for 7 days. Again, the dealership attempted to pull a copy of my credit report and was unable to do so because the account was frozen. I called Trans Union at - on - -, escalated through - Supervisors, until I reached a - who claimed that she corrected the issue and everything was fine. However this morning, - -, the dealership attempted - more time - and was unable to pull my credit report. I called Trans Union and they claimed it was corrected. I called the dealership, and once again, they are unable to pull a copy of my credit report because it is frozen, but the supervisor I talked with today - assured me that the problem was corrected. I do n't know what to do next. The dispute is still open and Trans Union does not seem to know what the problem is.
