I want to complain about Quicken Loans who holds my second mortgage. I was trying to refinance my first mortgage under the - program to lower my monthly mortgage payment. Quicken refused to subordinate their loan although I have 75 % loan to value on the first and a combined loan of 95 %. I ca n't imagine why they are doing this. I declared bankruptcy about 6 years ago and could have included the second. I wanted to do the right thing and have continued to send my payment - which became Quicken, over the years.
