Taking/threatening an illegal action Attempted to/Collected exempt funds Illinois

Collection agency ( - - - ) garnished my wages back in 2010 collected the amount that was owed and now claims that i still owe them the same amount. They are using the law office of Blatt, Hasenmiller, leibsker & Moore LLC. They sent me a notice of motion I do not know if it is legit or fake.
