I have a collection with SARMA -account # - totaling $9900.00 from -/-/-. The original creditor ( - ) and myself came to an agreement and they took back the debt and closed the account. On -/-/- - removed this collection from my credit report but - did not. It stills shows as open. I need SARMA to contact all - credit bureaus and remove the collection from my credit report asap. Thank you.
