Sarma Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid November 11, 2015 - I have a collection with SARMA -account # - totaling $9900.00 from -/-/-. The original creditor ( - ) and myself came to an agreement and they took back the debt and closed the account. On -/-/- - removed this collection from my credit report but - did not. It stills shows as open. I need SARMA to contact all - credit bureaus and remove the collection from my credit report asap. Thank you. ... |

They are asking for my stepmother who I have n't lived with since 1992, and whose finances I have NOTHING to do with. When I tell them she does n't live at this number and has never lived at this number, they claim she gave them my number, but I know that 's not true. I do n't even speak to her much anymore! Why would she be putting down my phone number? Even if she 's putting my phone number down, I have nothing to do with her debt. There is no debt I owe them. They have no right to be calling and harassing me. ... |
