Fifth Third Bank Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues New York

Someone use my Prepaid Card. I ask the bank to put the credit back on my prepaid card. the transaction is on : -/-/2015 for $43.00. it is for pageplus cellular. I told them I do not do this.
