My finace - - referred me to get a credit card from her bank Wells Fargo. I called in and got denied for the unsecured credit card. I proceeded to fill out the application for an secured credit card with - - - and after I listen to the disclosure about the card, my phone ended up powering down. - - submitted the credit application without my consent. Being my phone powered down, we never reached the point of the submittal and there was additional information needed. My fiance - went to - and her card declined. She looked in our savings account and found that I was indeed approved for a secured card and - was taken out of our savings. - - never mentioned on the recorded line that funds had to be available up front. In fact there was no conversation at all concerning how payment would be made if I was approved. Yet, he took it upon himself to submit my application while I was offline and snatch the money from a joint account without my permission. I have called the bank several times and no one can give me a reason why he would submit the application and take it out of my joint account with -. - talked to a supervisor from Texas on -/-/2015 and was told that if a customer is disconnected from the line the application ceases and that it was violation. It has been an inconvience to my family all because someone wanted to make a number or meet a quota. - - stole from my family and all I can get is that it takes up to 60 days for funds to return. Hard earned money that - and I worked for cant be returned until 60 days out. We were promised - -/-/2015 or -/-/2015 from a banker that we would have the funds. Today is -/-/2015 and no funds have been received. Wells Fargo Sales department committed Credit Card Fraud by establishing a credit card in my name and taking my money without my consent.
