I have been receiving repeated calls at my workplace from the phone number -. In the last week, they called on -/-/- at -, -, -, and -. On -/-/-, they called at -, -, -, and -. On -/-/-, they called at -, and -, when I was finally in my office and I answered the phone, there was no repsonse, and they hung up. I returned a call at - on -/-/15, and found that the number was for a Dillard 's credit card provided by Wells Fargo. I have never had a Dillard 's credit card. The system asked for an account number, and eventually ( when I did n't provide an account number, since I do n't have one ), I was connected to a representative, I provided the work number, she verified that I do n't have an account, and said a note would be created and the phone number would be removed. I then received additional calls from them at - and - on -/-/-. Today ( -/-/- ), I tried to call at - to again request for the calls to stop but was told by the system that call volume was too high and they could n't answer my call. I have worked at this college since -/-/-, so it is possible they have the number from whoever had the extension before me.
