VA mortgage Credit decision / Underwriting Ohio
Wells Fargo has either reported, or caused the report of, a code D '' ( Default ) in the HUD CAIVRS ( Credit Alert Verification Reporting System ) against my social security number in relation to an FHA case that pertains to my ex-wife. I am in contract on a new home using a VA loan through - and can not proceed with the loan ( current closing date of - - ) until this code is suppressed and converts to an A '' ( Approved ).
