Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Kansas

I had dealt with the issue on my credit report last year which was with -. I had Lost my home into foreclosure in - ; due to failed, -. ( Which was all cause from an auto accident in - ; a driver that was texting that hit me from behind! ) I 'm now on social security -. I had to get the - mortgage with -, released before I was able to close on my home. So this was taken care of as of last year, closed - -, -. I received in the mail a letter -, from - - - Acct. - this letter in ref. to property, my old address.
