First Investors Financial Services have stolen our auto loan payments and have not applied very many payments towards our loan balance. We refinanced our vehicle with them in - 2015. Due to the theft regarding auto loan payments our balance has not been adjusted except on rare occasions. Which proves that the payments are stolen and not applied to loan balance! This situation has caused our credit scores to be terrible as they have ruined our credit! Let alone the amount of money missing that should have been applied to auto loan balance in order for the balance to be correct! So-what is going on with our auto loan payments - -theft!!!!! This company has a bunch of thieves working for them and I believe the company should be shut down due to this fact!
