Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Nevada

I disputed this a few months back wrote directly to - - and requested verifacation of such said services as I know I walked out of the emergency room never seen doctor - - has assigned this so called sevice numerous time to dept collectors - has also harassed cals repeatdly I have ask them also to verify debt documentation or anything baring my signature showing I read understood or anything that requires medical services signature I have never seen or recieved a medical privacy act copy or even signed one stating I received services this is the first process vital signs etc to wait to be admitted I have informed - of billing tech and errors how the handled it unknown
