I made a payment of $800.00 on -/-/15. The bank processed this transaction, and it was officially pending on my account. On -/-/15, the transaction for -/-/015 has completely disappeared from my online statement. I call BB & T to see what happened to the payment and the representative informed me that the transaction had been cancelled by the debtor and she proceeded to tell me that this transaction would not be posting to my account because it had been cancelled. I had some other bills due since this transaction had been cancelled I thought I would put this payment off -. I went ahead and paid - other bills and was not concerned about being overdrafted since it was evident that transaction for $800.00 had not been processed and had been cancelled according to the BB & T representative. On -/-/15 the transaction of $800.00 had been posted to my account even though I had not been told that there was no way this transaction could post. Now I have - other ACH items out at the moment and once they post my account will completely overdraft. I called a BBT representative again to only be told that there is nothing that they can do.
