NCC Business Services - has re-initiated trying to collect a debt I do not owe. During - I provided response to their collection attempts, and ultimately provided evidence to the - credit reporting agencies - and all - credit reporting agencies found in my favor and determined that the debt collection was not valid. Now NCC is again trying to collect this same debt, about 1 year after I 've already had the credit reporting agencies dismiss this as an invalid debt and a debt that I do not owe. The company has harassed me and called me repeatedly, and yesterday -/-/- even called my place of employment. I called them back and explained never to call me and to not call my place of employment. The representative was extremely rude and I had difficulty getting them to stop talking so that I could explain that this debt has already been proven invalid but they threatened to report it to the credit agencies again. I asked if I needed to contact the original place that levied this claim and they said no and that it had been " turned over '' to them. I have already proved I do not


the debt is not valid. I explained all of this on the phone but the representative was loud, would not listen to me, and said that no matter what that I owed this money and that I did n't know what I was talking about. He even said that since I work for - he would n't try to tell me how - works and so I should not try to tell him how debt collection works. I told him that he was not listening and that I would have to go ahead and hang up the phone since he would not listen to any rational or reasonable explanation that I was providing.
