Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Texas
My wallet was stolen while at the airport -/-/-. My credit cards, checks, drivers license, state and Military ID, debit card and social security card was taken. All items were reported stolen and the necessary agency 's were contacted. -/-/- I was reviewing my credit report online and found accounts that were open in my name, inquiries and charged off accounts. I contacted the Credit bureaus and had a freeze put on my account and started contacting the creditors. I filed a police report and contacted the Federal Trade commission. I completed an Identity theft affidavit for the accounts and inquiries that were on my report. I sent to each credit bureau a copy of the police report and the affadavit from the FTC disputing the accounts that I had no knowledge of and did not authorize. I have been disputing inquires and accounts for 2 years. RS Clark and Associates was faxed and sent in the mail a copy of the police report. I spoke with - - at RS - and Associates who stated she was the manager and to fax the police report to her attention and it would be removed it was sent -/-/- ( see fax confirmation that it was sent and received at their fax number - ) and it still has not been removed from -. - is still reporting this on my credit report stating this company is not accepting my police report and is validating using my current address and not the address of the debt. I have sent proof that I did not live at this apartment complex that was rented in my name by providing my license and proof of residence from the electric company several times. I have lived at - different addresses since this was disputed and this company is fraudulently validating each time using whatever my current address is.
