PayPal Debt Collection Complaint

PayPal Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Colorado

On - I placed an online order with -. Their website refused both - and - - times.The site said the charge was refused.When I called - the person said they got the wrong expiration date while I was looking at the order form which showed the correct dates.The only payment that was accepted by the website was Paypal. When I got the statement from Paypal I asked for a paper statement which I never got.The next month ( - ) I asked Paypal to bill my Visa which they never did. Now Paypal wants late and interest fees when I have already sent them a check for the original amount.This month they want additional late fees even though I have written them to cancel my account. I tried to pay them twice and they refused both. They want my bank account numbers which I absolutely refuse to provide.
