Rush Card deducted $500.00 from account for bill pay, but has never delivered. I am allegedly one of many people having this issue. They stated last week that they would be returning funds within 2-3 days, but nothing thus far. View of current statement shows a decrease of $500.00 in the balance with no explanation. Calls and emails not being answered.
