I called - on numerous occasions with more than - excuses why they could not close my account. Every time I would call one rep even told me I would have to wait. I was like wait to close an account that I want closed now this is ridiculous. I placed another call and was told to wait until my billing cycle ended. Every time I called it was excuses after excuses that really burned me out as a consumer trying to get this resolved with my credit applied. Many reps would hang up in order not to deal with closing the account and would place me on hold for more than an hour then they would hang up the phone because I was a loyal customer with numerous lines and they would not want to be responsible for a big account closing. This went on for several months. I got no where until I transferred the line to another carrier.and requested that they close my account they would not assist me to do so. I asked them several times and they kept transferring me from - department to the other. As of today 's date I can not get


original amount instead of - it became over - per month and not what they quoted me. I was told on numerous calls that I would receive credit as of today 's date I never received credit nor an adjustment for being a loyal customer. On - -, 2015 I received a letter from - stating that my account lines were disconnected but I can still log on to my account which is active and pay when logging into account account would not let me login in to see my account nor assist me. I received an invoice in the amount of $4300.00 from collection agency Convergent regarding the collection proceeding from - - I am still awaiting communication from - on my credit of more than - owed and have not received I am now being harassed for money when I tired on numerous attempts to get this account resolved and my credits applied with no communication from verizonwireless other than a letter stating that I can login to account which login does not work. I have left numerous messages with customer service to close account and to assist me with payment arrangement on the correct balance owed as of today 's date this has not happened and even after a letter received -/-/2015 from - saying to pay them by login in to account but how can someone pay - people at the same time them and a collection agency when the bill is still not resolved. They have never sent a letter saying they have resolved the matter nor a credit but ask to pay them and also a collection agency all at the same time which is against the law. To request payment and also request a collection agency all at the same time.
