TransUnion Credit Reporting Complaint

TransUnion Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Florida

i have told them they are not reporting and keeping up with my information. they are hanging onto things that are so old and also while i was married and have been divorced for over 3 years. i have worked very hard to improve my credit rating but it doesnt go up it keeps going down which i do not understand. i have complained but its not working and i want them to delete things that are so old should be gone and to update my credit rating as i should have really better credit now
