Ive spent over - hrs. total on hold over the past 2 1/2 weeks only to be hung up on. I care for my elderly mother who has -. I have a heart -. Ive foregone my medication in order to provide hers. My mother had to bounce checks on her bank account in order to pay utilities totaling over $200.00. This is a horror.
