In the third phone call I have received by the company within 24 hours, I was threatened to be taken to court, the representative - - exclaimed that as a -, I should pay my bills. '' She proceeded to tell me that I would have someone come to my job and or home to collect the debt from me. The first representative I spoke to said they were not trying to resolve anything, they were simply taking me to court, which I have yet to receive a summons for. The issue I continued to address with the parties is that the debt is not on my credit report and I have no one of validating the debt beyond what they were saying.
