I am unable to access my money from the RUSH card. I recent acquired my current employment. I was happy I would be able to catch up on my necessity bills. Now my gas is off and every time I come home I wonder if my lights are going to be cut off. I am a legally blind senior living in - alone with no family. I am terrified.
