Navient Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Colorado

I am struggling to make my monthly payments on my private student loans. When I asked my servicer for help I was told my co signer makes too much money for me to be given a lower payment. I explained that my co signer will not be helping me, the lady was quite rude and said there is a difference between ca n't and wo n't help. She told me that technically my co signer can help and they wo n't lower my payments. Now I feel stuck. I want to pay on time and in full but I 'm struggling and the servicer seems so unwilling to work with me. Help!!!
