We have been working with Presto Auto Loans of - arizona. We had taken out a loan -/-/- for $5000.00 and now as of -/-/- we have still not come to any conclusions or resolutions. Presto Auto Loans has since reported our vehicle as repossessed to the credit companies and we do not know where the vehicle is! They have not cooperated at all with our complaints and desire for an inquiry, we have made countless calls that have fallen on deaf ears. Countless emails have been written to the supposed " vice president '' - - but his replies are of a snarky rhetoric that demands we go to the police as it it now a " police matter '' we also have been told that the car has been reported " stolen ''. Nothing has been done on Presto 's part to help us with the investigation and have been extremely uncooperative.
