BROWARD ADJUSTMENT SERVICE- - - - FL- ( - ) - found out about this collection by checking my credit report on - -, 2015. This company never communicated with me by mail or a phone call. I have asked 2 times over the phone. First on - -, 2015 and then on - -, 2015 to send me their information and the information of the company that they are collecting for and they keeping playing with me and telling me : " Yes we are going to send you the information '', but today - -, 2015, I have not received the information and they have my correct address and phone number.


They claimed that they have been trying to collect this account since - 2015 when I have never been contacted by this collection agency ( all of my phone bills are available upon request ). They never gave me the chance to pay this collection before it was reported to the credit bureau agencies. They claim that I have made a $30.00 payment to them when I never have done this.
