I had a situation where a tree fell on my house it was paid by the insurance all of the debt and they are still saying that I owe - when I do n't owe anything this was a year ago I have contacted them recently because no one reached out o me and told me that I had a balance when it was told to me that it would be paid in full by the insurance. Even when I called them to confirm because they where saying it would n't be.
