I have my account setup on auto-pay for the entire bill amount. I have several emails from the Exchange Credit Program going back many months saying my payment has posted without issues. I got a letter from them on - - - claiming they had not received a payment in - months and that my account was about to go into collections. After this I tried logging-in to their system to make a payment and was repeatedly told that my information was not in their system. Today, - - -, a payment was made without my notification for the total amount of $1200.00 owed. Although I had intended to pay the debt, I had not intended to pay the entire debt as this puts me in a financially precarious situation where I will be strained for the rest of the month, and likely the next month or two. I am complaining in the manner that this debt was handled, without my knowledge or consent. If their system could suddenly pay the debt, why could they not collect for the last two months? If their system could not collect the debt, why were they telling me that the payment posted? Thank you for your looking into this matter
