I am getting repeated calls from -. The message left on my voice mail is a recorded message from " NPS ''. They have never identified who they are, who they are representing, and the nature of the call. If I owe a debt, I want something in WRITING that states who they are, who they are collecting for, and the nature of the debt. I do n't think that 's too much to ask. I will NOT give ANY personal information over the phone until I have all of this information in writing because I do n't know who they are. They can not expect me to give out personal information over the phone without proof of debt.
