This is the second time I have been denied my cosigner release through Discover student loans. I have a good credit score of - and I meet all of the requirements asked of them below and on the cosigner release application:1. Qualify for cosigner releaseTo have your cosigner released from your private student loan : Your loan must be a prior - Loan that was purchased by Discover. You must be at least 18 years of age. You must be a US citizen or permanent resident.


Use this chart to determine the number of required payments. Your gross monthly income must be at least $1500.00. You must have a satisfactory credit history and pass applicable credit criteriaI do n't believe that my application is receiving the attention that it deserves and Discover student loans is doing whatever they can to avoid honoring the cosigner release terms.
